When will my order be shipped?
We ship orders within 1–3 business days. During pre-orders or launches, this may take a little longer—we'll always let you know in advance.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link by email so you can track your package.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, we charge a flat shipping rate of €4.95. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge. Different rates apply for Belgium and other countries.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. Personalized products cannot be returned.
How can I cancel my order?
Send us a message as soon as possible via the contact form. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can cancel it free of charge.

Are the products natural or sustainable?
Wherever possible, we use natural ingredients and choose reusable or recyclable packaging. Sustainability is a conscious choice for AYVAÉ.
Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
Yes. All our products are cruelty-free. Most formulas are vegan—this is always clearly indicated on the product page.
Can I order samples?
Yes, we offer sample kits during certain periods. Keep an eye on our newsletter or Instagram for the next release.
