Shipping & Returns Policy

At AYVAÉ, we do everything we can to ensure you're satisfied. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:
– The product is unused and in original condition
– The packaging is undamaged
– The return shipment must include an order number and return notification.

Return costs are at your own expense.
You will receive a return address after registration via contact@ayvae.com .

Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the amount within 5 working days.

Please note: personalized or used products cannot be returned.
